The Yuexin IPX56 rain‑test chamber is a waterproof testing device equipped with multiple advanced features. Featuring a 7‑inch touchscreen and an intelligently designed control system developed in-house using Panasonic PLCs, it allows one‑touch adjustment of test duration, spray volume, spray angle, and other parameters, fully complying with the IPX5 and IPX6 waterproof rating test standards. Rain test chamber IPX5 corresponds to a nozzle diameter of 6.3 mm, while IPX6 corresponds to a nozzle diameter of 12.5 mm. In terms of spray flow rate, IPX5 is 12.5 ± 0.625 L/min, and IPX6 is 100 ± 5 L/min. These specifications ensure that the equipment can simulate a wide range of harsh rain conditions, enabling comprehensive and precise testing of a product’s waterproof performance.
