(hereinafter referred to as “Xingyuan Dong’an Electrical”) is a company specializing in the production of electrical control equipment, cabinets, and related products, which are widely used in automation control, power systems, communication networks, and other fields. To ensure product quality and reliability—particularly compliance with international standards for dust‑proof performance—Xingyuan Dong’an Electrical has decided to introduce specialized sand‑dust testing equipment.

Following market research and technical evaluation, Xingyuan Dong’an Electric has selected Yuexin’s IP56X from Guangzhou. Dust and Sand Test Chamber This equipment can simulate sand and dust conditions found in natural environments, enabling product testing to IP5X and IP6X dust‑proof ratings. Yuexin’s IP56X dust‑test chamber features the following characteristics:

1. Dust Circulation System: Utilizing advanced dust circulation technology, it can simulate real-world sand and dust conditions, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.

2. Transparent Observation Window: The cabinet door is equipped with a tempered glass observation window and LED lighting, allowing for convenient real-time monitoring of the internal test conditions.

3. Convenient Maintenance: The base is equipped with a replaceable dust collection unit, making it easy to clean and to replace the test dust.

4. Vacuum System: Equipped with a vacuum pump, flow meter, vacuum gauge, and other components to ensure pressure equilibrium during the testing process.

5. Heating and Dehumidification Function: Equipped with a heating system to effectively prevent dust from condensing, and featuring electric heating for dehumidification to maintain a dry environment inside the chamber.

Through its collaboration with Yue Xin, Xingyuan Dong’an has successfully introduced the advanced IP56X. Dust and Sand Test Chamber , thereby providing robust assurance for the sand‑and‑dust performance testing of products.
