Guang’an Electric and Yuexin Cooperation Agreement

Guang’an Electric has chosen to use Yuexin’s IPX9K rain‑test equipment to enhance the water‑resistance of its electronic products. IPX9K is currently the highest waterproof rating in the International Protection (Ingress Protection, or IP) rating system, specifically designed to evaluate a device’s performance under extreme underwater conditions or when subjected to high‑pressure, high‑temperature water jets.

Yue Xin IPX9K Rainfall test equipment The main features include:

1. High-Temperature, High-Pressure Water Jetting: The equipment can simulate a high-temperature water‑jet environment of approximately 80°C, with water pressures ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 kPa, thereby ensuring the product’s waterproof performance under extreme conditions.

2. Multi-angle testing: The nozzle is sprayed from four angles—0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°—to comprehensively evaluate the product’s waterproof performance.

3. Automated Control: Utilizing a PLC controller and a touch-screen interface, the system achieves automated control of the testing process, enhancing both test efficiency and accuracy.

4. Safety Protection: Equipped with multiple safety features, such as leakage protection and overload protection, to ensure the safety of the testing process.

5. Compliance with International Standards: The testing equipment adheres to international standards such as IEC 60529 and ISO 20653, ensuring the authority and universality of the test results.
