The IPX34 shower‑water test apparatus employs a nozzle‑based spray method to conduct water‑spray testing. By placing the energy storage cabinet in an environment simulating rainfall, this setup replicates potential rain‑water ingress scenarios encountered during actual operation, thereby evaluating its waterproof performance. Furthermore, the rain‑exposure test assesses the cabinet’s sealing integrity and structural strength, ensuring it can withstand prolonged water exposure and external environmental erosion.

The IPX34 nozzle shower rain‑test solution is suitable for conducting IPX3 and IPX4 waterproof‑rating tests on products. This device features a CNC‑controlled center with 121 nozzles, whose aperture sizes and angles fully comply with standard requirements, and it can be certified through third‑party metrology testing.
