Scheme Overview

This outdoor tent rain‑exposure test solution complies with the relevant requirements of GB/T 27735‑2011 and ISO 5912:2003, enabling the evaluation of the physical and other pertinent performance characteristics of outdoor tents and similar products under simulated conditions of water spray and heavy rainfall.

[Nozzle Support Tower] Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel square tubing (38×38×1.2 mm), welded into shape; dimensions: L500×W500×H4200. Secured to the floor with M16 chemical anchor bolts, with a center-to-center nozzle spacing of 8,000 mm.

Nozzle rotation system: Equipped with an imported Panasonic servo motor, which offers advantages such as low noise and precise speed and angular positioning.

[Nozzle Reference Standard] Manufactured in compliance with the specifications of GB/T 2426.38.

[Control System] Integrates the electrical control system and the water supply system, and is equipped with casters for excellent portability and easy relocation.
