This well‑designed solution complies with international standards and is primarily used to assess the physical and other relevant properties of vehicles—including passenger cars, buses, tractors, motorcycles—and their components under conditions simulating high‑pressure or steam‑jet cleaning processes.

Project Overview
Batteries, depending on their protection rating, typically undergo tests such as IP67, IP68, and IPX9K (IPX69K). Among these, IPX9K represents the highest level of ingress protection. The test procedure employs a fan‑shaped nozzle in accordance with GBT 4208‑2017, subjecting small‑sized enclosures to spraying at a flow rate of (15 ± 1) L/min for 30 seconds in each direction, with a rotation speed of (5 ± 1) r/min, at angles of 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°. For larger enclosures, testing is conducted under intended operating conditions, with water sprayed from a distance of (175 ± 25) mm.
