Scheme Overview
The lithium‑battery IP67/IP68/IPX9K high‑temperature, high‑pressure water‑jet testing equipment is designed to evaluate a battery’s waterproof rating. Its primary function is to assess the physical and other relevant performance characteristics of vehicles—such as passenger cars, buses, tractors, and motorcycles—as well as their components, under high‑pressure or steam‑jet cleaning conditions.

Scheme Introduction
Batteries, depending on their protection rating, are typically subjected to tests such as IP67, IP68, and IPX9K (IPX69K). Among these, IPX9K represents a higher level of protection. The test procedure employs the fan‑type nozzle specified in GB/T 4208‑2017: for small‑sized enclosures, the test is conducted on a rotary table at a flow rate of 12 (15 ± 1) L/min, with each spray direction maintained for 30 seconds at a rotational speed of (5 ± 1) r/min, applying water jets at angles of 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°. For larger enclosures, the test is performed according to the intended usage conditions, with water sprayed from a distance of (175 ± 25) mm.
